Description :
The Holistic project , for which Planair is the Swiss coordinator, is a European consortium through which three cities, namely Dundalk (Ireland), Mödling ( Austria) and Neuchâtel (Switzerland) commit themselves by 2012 to:

  • implement efficient energy saving measures
  • increase the contribution of renewable energies
  • increase the capacity to use locally available energy
  • create wealth and employment locally

The objective for Neuchâtel city is to reduce non renewable energy consumption by 23% by 2012 in one of its specific neighbourhoods.
